Responsibilities
Manages the integration of proposal development processes and functional subject matter experts sufficient to evaluate and manage all activity resulting in the completion and submission of high-quality, compliant, compelling and winning proposals.
Searches, collects, analyzes, interprets and incorporates market data and competitive intelligence in the development of proposal strategy.

Responsible for collecting, organizing, and integrating proposal inputs from various sources, as well as assembling proposal volumes, tables, exhibits and attachments.
Supports the development and sustainment of a proposal content library system to ensure effective storage and retrieval of proposal content, past performance information, presentations, proposal development tools and templates, market/competitive intelligence and lessons learned/win-loss data.
Supports business development pre-award process improvement efforts.
Develops capability statements and past performance citations that highlight the key features of work performed, responses to requests for information promoting capabilities, discriminators and value propositions.

Proposal Manager Responsibilities

Citysearch was one of the very first online city and event guides, growing from a tiny startup to merging with Ticketmaster and having a successful IPO. Getting in on the ground floor of an internet startup provided great experience in a fast-paced environment alongside founders, creatives and software engineers. A startup, especially in its early stages, needs people to be good at wearing several hats and solving a lot of different problems.
